Our Manifesto

We need a new approach, something that can take the best of both waterfall and agile to meet the needs of today’s organization in both speed/timeliness of delivery and accuracy/acceptability of results, including being able to be users in both project and operational environments while supporting change, consistent processes and required documentation. Wagile utilizes existing IT skill sets in a new way to build fully functional teams that can deliver results collaboratively and within reasonable timelines. Wagile encourages the creation of new repeatable processes that incrementally result in an agreed-upon time while allowing for immediate change based on user feedback. Wagile uses consistent work cycles to build on actual needs using existing and new technologies that allow for innovation and change while minimizing risk to meet organizational goals.
